I'm Trisha Posey, and I'm passionate about the art of using instructional design to solve problems.

With over a decade of experience in education, I've had the privilege of teaching a diverse range of students, from adults to elementary school children, in both the United States and Spain.

This background in education has instilled in me a deep appreciation of the importance of assessing and analyzing the needs of learners before diving into the design process.  My ability to bridge the gap between education and design allows me to create effective, engaging, and meaningful learner-centered experiences that meet the specific needs of my target audience.

Outside of the instructional design world, I am an avid adventurer. I enjoy bouldering, running, and spending time outdoors with both my partner and my dog. My love for exploring has led me to travel extensively both nationally and internationally, immersing myself in diverse cultures and languages. These experiences have not only broadened my worldview but have also enriched my ability to design experiences that resonate with a global audience.
